The project is a mixed complex consisting of the building of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a fair building and a college building. A lighting is designed that separates the areas with these three different uses. In the office and education units, while the lighting is designed in accordance with the standards, remarkable lighting is considered in the fair area and for facade lighting.
